Description
Originally hailing from the back yards of Birmingham, Goldie has fledged into an impressive and successful songbird. He now resides in the deepest part of the jungle where he finds that his state of mind is most creative. He spends most of his time perfecting and performing his songs and letting the sunlight glint off his magnificent plumage. He likes the feel of warm rain running down his face, which helps him to embrace all the love that lies around him.
Goldie is made from an old gold cotton reel from my Gran’s sewing box, a small wooden ball, 2 ornamental wooden buttons, 2 vintage metal buttons, scraps of OS map showing the Yorkshire Dales National Park boundary in yellow, a pen lid, 2 allen keys, broken jewellery parts, a brass olive, a plastic key ring, a toy building block, a miniature picture frame, a vintage print sample and gold acrylic with gold mica powder.
